We generally hold two separate interviews to find out whether you have the skills and qualifications for the role and whether we’re a good match as an organisation.
Your first interview will be with your future line manager and a representative of HR. In your second interview you’ll also meet your prospective boss’s boss and individual members of the team. Depending on the role, the second interview might also include a short case study.
